I just realized I hadn’t shared our twin nursery here, which was revealed on Design*Sponge Monday! It has been a labor of love, and since nursery design is what I do, I’ve dreamed of designing my own nursery for what seems like forever. Of course discovering we were having twins changed things a bit, but the neutral decor was always the plan. I am so very pleased with the result…all the planning and research paid off. It’s my new favorite room in the house…now we just need to fill it with babies!

Notes

  1. It’s GORGEOUS! I love the neutral scheme. Heck, if the twins don’t mind sharing a crib for a bit, their Uncle Beefy wouldn’t mind a nap or two in the other one! ;) Beautiful. Just beautiful!

  2. You did an incredible job, Susan! I love that light fixture in the first pic – is it a light fixture? Where is it from? :)

  3. I love love love loveeeee this nursery! Swoon! Can I ask where you got your change pad cover from? I’d love to have one as I’m in the process of decorating my first nursery right now! :) Thanks!!!

  4. gorgeous! where did you get the light fixture??? it is to die!

one add you may consider, a neutral area rug btw the cribs. you’ll have soo much spit up and spilt milk and overflowing diapers in there that it might help preserve your nice w-t-w. I’m forever grateful I added one in mine!

    best of luck!
    d.

  5. This nursery is beautiful but I’m wondering if you can share information about the light fixture. Congratulatons!

  6. So lovely. Love the soothing neutrals with bright books! What does the custom embroidery say?
